Verizon Data-Breach Investigations Report (2015):

• Approximately 75% of attacks are opportunistic, the vast majority financially motivated
• More than 50% of 'insider sabotage' was former employees using old accounts not disabled

CIFAS Fraudscape / Staff Fraudscape (2015):
