On-Site (Your Premises) or Off-Site (Our Premises) Our Secure Data Destruction Service is Delivered by Trained Data Technicians

Off-Site:

• It takes several hours per hard drive to destroy data securely and permanently, whilst preserving the hard drive intact for reuse or resale
• Our premises are equipped with hardware enabling us to network and process over 1000 hard drives / day
• We will collect equipment whenever it suits you, at a pre-agreed time, free of charge from any mainland UK location
• This may be an attractive option for organisations with a large number of drives to process

On-Site:

• We recognise there may be occasions when a customer prefers their data not to leave their own premises
• In this case we offer the flexibility of a PC-based solution, to destroy sensitive data securely and permanently on-site

• We use box-bodied, GPS tracked vehicles, driven by ex-police officers
• We log the make, model and serial number of every drive as soon as they arrive at our site and we store them in secure premises
• During our recruitment process all staff are DBS checked (Disclosure & Barring Service) & all employees are governed by Confidential Disclosure Agreements
