We Offer On-Site Destruction for Equipment Bearing Particularly Sensitive Data (e.g. Finance or Health Related)

We Can Destroy Hard Drives On-Site by Degaussing and / or Crushing (if Visual Verification of Destruction is Required):

• Tape drives, video-tapes and audio-tapes can also be degaussed on-site
• For optical disks (e.g. CDs, DVDs) and solid-state drives (e.g. USB, media / SIM cards) we operate a portable, micro-cut (2mm) shredder

If You Prefer, We Operate a Secure, Fully Licensed Collection Service Available to Mainland UK-Sites Free of Charge:

• We will collect your redundant hard drives (e.g. from servers, desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, fax machines),
• We will also collect other storage media (e.g. tape drives and solid state drives) and related peripherals (e.g. mobile phones, monitors, projectors, cables, keyboards, batteries etc.)
• We can even decommission equipment in-situ if necessary
• We transport your redundant IT equipment to our secure facilities, where we offer the same destruction process, albeit off-site
• Following destruction, the remains of data-bearing storage media, along with other redundant IT equipment are batched and taken off-site for shredding & recycling

On-Site or Off-Site, Our Secure Destruction Service is Delivered by Fully Trained Technicians:

• We DBS check (Disclosure & Barring Service) all staff during recruitment
