• Even if services are bespoke (e.g. data recovery) we will provide an indication of likely costs
• We always agree a fixed price before we start work

We Also Treat Our Suppliers With Respect:

• We recognise that a healthy economy needs cash flow
• We also recognise that just as late payments can put pressure on us, we can put pressure on our suppliers if we do not pay on time
• We monitor the extent to which we settle our accounts on time & in full – if necessary, we will take corrective action
